Cancellation Policy:
At Aura Salon, your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your services.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
This policy allows us the necessary time to rebook the appointment slot and ensures our stylists are compensated for their time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
